Structured Sober Living in Cincinnati

Charlie’s 3/4 House provides structured sober living for men in Cincinnati who are ready to build a stable foundation for long-term recovery. Our residents live in a supportive environment centered on personal responsibility, accountability, and the principles of 12-step recovery.

Daily routines, shared responsibilities, regular AA meetings, sponsorship, and peer support help residents develop the consistency needed to move forward. The goal isn’t simply to provide recovery housing—it’s to help each man build the habits, stability, and independence needed for life beyond Charlie’s.

Recovery Through the Twelve Steps

Recovery at Charlie’s is rooted in the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and the belief that lasting sobriety requires continued participation in recovery. Residents attend regular AA meetings in Cincinnati, work with a sponsor, and stay actively involved in the recovery community.

With access to numerous AA and 12-step meetings nearby, residents can build a strong recovery network while developing the consistency and personal accountability needed to maintain sobriety and move toward independent living.

Building Life Skills for Independent Living

Long-term recovery is about more than staying sober—it’s about learning how to build a stable, independent life. At Charlie’s, residents are encouraged to develop practical habits around budgeting, saving money, maintaining employment, managing responsibilities, and building healthy relationships.

Our structured sober living environment gives men the opportunity to practice these skills while still having the accountability and support of a recovery community. The goal is steady progress toward greater confidence, stability, and successful independent living.

Employment & Financial Stability

Steady employment is an important part of building independence in recovery. Residents at Charlie’s are expected to maintain employment or actively seek work while living in our structured sober living program.

Earning a dependable income allows residents to meet their responsibilities, save money, and prepare for life on their own. Employment also provides routine, purpose, and accountability—all important parts of developing the stability needed for long-term recovery and successful independent living.
